To help you maintain social distancing, we offer virtual buyer consultations via video conferencing as an alternate to in person meetings. We’ll go over the key things you’re looking for in your next purchase and come up with a plan to find the perfect property.
Digital Pre Approval
Understanding your financial situation is a critical component to the buying and selling process – and it’s even more critical now as everyone’s financial picture has changed. We can help you stay informed throughout the process, from pre-approval to closing.
The first thing to do is consult with a mortgage specialist or your financial institution. If you don’t already have someone in mind, we partner with some of the best lenders in the industry, and we’d be happy to introduce you, so you’ll be taken care of.
Virtual Showings: Tour Houses Without Leaving Home
In-person tours are currently NOT recommended in our area and we are practicing social distancing as per public health guidelines. Our agents (or someone on their behalf) may be able to lead you on virtual video tours to show you homes and answer any questions you have along the way. Let us know you’re interested in a virtual showing or open house, and we will set up a time when you’re available for the video call through a video chat app like FaceTime, Zoom, or Skype.
We will continue to offer our high-priority buyers the opportunity to experience in-person, private viewings on a per-case basis in coordination with Listing Agents.
